Here you'll find some places to stay I recommend. I have rated them according to their price rate. You can start your visit by having a look at these 3websites:

PORT DE SÓLLER
HOSTAL NADAL
This is a really nice hostel. It is very close to the center of Sóller. Do not expect a 5 star hotel but I think it is worth it.
HOTEL MARBELL
Not that expensive. Some friends of mine who spend their holidays in Sóller for more than 30 years always go there. The rooms are fine and the food is OK. It is located just in front of the beach. It has a swimming pool and the rooms have air conditioning.
HOTEL ES PORT
A 3 star hotel which has been reformed recently. It has a really big outdoor swimming, tennis court and a spa center. I was there a month ago and it looks quite nice. It is 100 m from the beach on the busiest side of the Port.
HOTEL MARINA
My sister worked here for 3 years. It is one of my favourite ones. It is like the Marbell but on the nicer part of the beach. There are no cars driving past all day long. The rooms are just fine as well as the food. The location is excellent.
HOTEL AIMIA
For those who are looking for a fashionable hotel, you can stay here. Although there are other hotels which are as fashionable. THis is the only one I have visited.
DEIÀ
HOTEL LA RESIDÈNCIA
If you really have lots of money to spend, I really recommend to go there. It is one of the most expensive hotels in the island, but really beautiful. Who know you might come across Madonna having a cocktail at the bar.
HOTEL ES MOLÍ
Another 4 or 5 star hotel which can be pretty expensive although not more than La Residencia. It is one of the hotels which is closest to Son Marroig.
HOTEL EL ENCINAR
The closest hotel to Son Marroig. Perhaps not the nicest hotel in the world, but perhaps a good choice if you are planning to drink too much whisky and do not want to drive too far.
If you visit the website of Sóller, you will find more hotels if you do not like these ones.

THE DAY OF THE WEDDING
The day of the wedding you are expected to be at Son Marroig at 19 h.
HOW TO GET THERE:
By car: you can take your own car and leave it there. There is a big free parking space where you can leave all night.
By bus: we will arrange a bus to take guests from Port de Sóller, Sóller and Deià to Son Marroig.
- Before the wedding: We have not decided on the schedule, but a bus (perhaps two) will leave the Port at 18.15.
- After the wedding: A bus will leave Son Marroig for Sóller at 12 more or less, and another one at 3 a.m.
